Getting Started

How long does it take to get started?

You can sign up and start uploading videos immediately. Most creators have their first content live within a few hours. Our onboarding wizard guides you through app setup, branding, and content upload.

Do I need technical skills to use Vidori?

No technical skills required! Vidori is a no-code platform designed for creators. Our intuitive interface lets you manage everything from content to subscribers without writing a single line of code.

What devices and platforms are supported?

Vidori supports web (desktop and mobile browsers), iOS and Android native apps, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen), and LG Smart TV (webOS). Your subscribers can watch on virtually any device.

Do you offer migration assistance?

Yes! Our team can help you migrate from any platform. We handle content transfer, subscriber import, and DNS changes. Migration typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on the size of your library.

Pricing & Billing

How does the free trial work?

Start with a 14-day free trial on Starter, Business, or Enterprise plans. No credit card required. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen tier. At the end of the trial, you can upgrade to continue or your account will be paused.

What are the usage allowances and overage fees?

Each plan includes monthly allowances for storage and CDN bandwidth. Starter: 20GB storage + 100GB CDN. Business: 100GB storage + 1TB CDN. Enterprise: 200GB storage + 2TB CDN. If you exceed these limits, overage fees apply: $0.25/GB for storage, $0.02/GB for CDN bandwidth.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Do you take a cut of my revenue?

No. Zero revenue share. We only charge your plan fee plus CDN usage. Your subscriber revenue is 100% yours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For Enterprise and Custom plans, we can also accommodate ACH, wire transfers, and custom billing arrangements.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No long-term contracts required on Starter, Business, or Enterprise plans. All plans can be month-to-month or annual (with 20% discount). Custom plans have flexible terms. Cancel anytime.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to start.

Features & Technical

What video formats do you support?

We accept all major video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and more. Videos are automatically transcoded to adaptive bitrate HLS/DASH for optimal streaming on any device.

What are the video upload size and length limits?

File size limits depend on your plan. Starter: 5GB per file. Business: 10GB per file. Enterprise: 20GB per file. Video length is unlimited on all plans.

Can I customize the look and feel of my app?

Yes! Full white-label customization is available on all plans. Customize colors, logos, fonts, and layouts. Business and Enterprise plans get additional customization including custom player skins and branded splash screens.

Do you support live streaming?

Yes! Live streaming is available on all plans. You can stream directly via RTMP or use our integrated scheduling system for recurring live events. Support for multiple concurrent streams on Business and Enterprise plans.

How does your CDN work and what's the bandwidth coverage?

We use a global multi-CDN network (Cloudflare + AWS CloudFront) with 200+ points of presence worldwide. This ensures low latency and high availability for viewers globally. Bandwidth is metered monthly based on actual usage.

Can I integrate with other tools and services?

Yes! We offer native integrations with Zapier, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Slack, Stripe, and many others. We also provide a full REST API and webhooks for custom integrations.

Monetization

What monetization options do you support?

Vidori supports multiple monetization models: paid subscriptions (SVOD), one-time purchases (TVOD), rentals, donations/tips, advertising (pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll), and hybrid models combining multiple revenue streams.

How do subscriber payments work?

We use Stripe Connect for secure payment processing. Payments go directly to your Stripe account. We never hold your funds. Payout frequency depends on your Stripe settings (typically daily or weekly).

Can I offer different subscription tiers?

Yes! Create unlimited subscription tiers with different pricing, content access, and features. Common examples: Basic ($9.99), Premium ($19.99), VIP ($49.99) with exclusive perks.

Support & Resources

What kind of support do you offer?

All plans include email support with 24-48 hour response time. Business plans get priority email support (12-hour response). Enterprise plans include dedicated account management and phone/video support.

Do you have documentation and tutorials?

Yes! Comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and guides are available at docs.vidori.com. We cover everything from setup to advanced features and API integration.

Can I request new features?

Absolutely! We actively listen to customer feedback and prioritize feature requests from our community. Submit requests through our support portal or directly to your account manager.
