GTM Engineer

Own the data infrastructure, automation workflows, and tooling that power Vidori's outbound sales engine. Build the systems that help us reach the right prospects — creators, SVOD operators, and education companies — with the right message at the right time.

Vidori is a no-code video streaming platform that lets creators and media brands launch their own branded apps on iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, and more — with zero revenue share. Our AI agents autonomously optimize content, personalize viewer experiences, and grow subscriber revenue.

Our customers range from independent creators with 100K+ subscribers to niche SVOD platforms in faith, fitness, sports, and education. They come to us to escape platform dependency, own their audience, and keep 100% of their revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build automated prospecting pipelines in Clay — from data sourcing and enrichment to multi-step qualification workflows that identify creators ready to launch their own streaming platform
  • Architect and maintain the HubSpot CRM — custom properties, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, automated sequences, and reporting dashboards
  • Build LinkedIn Sales Navigator integrations and workflows for targeted account-based outreach across Vidori's key verticals
  • Create data models to score and prioritize accounts across our ICPs: independent creators (100K+ subscribers), niche SVOD platforms (faith, fitness, sports, cultural content), and education/training companies
  • Develop attribution tracking and funnel analytics to measure what's working and where prospects drop off
  • Experiment with new outbound channels and tactics — test, measure, iterate
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to align GTM messaging with the platform's value props: zero revenue share, white-label apps on 16+ platforms, and AI-powered growth agents

Who You Are

  • 2+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or growth engineering
  • Deep expertise building workflows in Clay (waterfall enrichment, AI agents, integrations)
  • Strong HubSpot administration skills (workflows, custom objects, APIs)
  • Comfortable writing scripts (Python, JavaScript) to connect systems and transform data
  • Analytical mindset — you think in funnels, conversion rates, and CAC
  • Experience with B2B SaaS go-to-market motions

Nice to Have

  • Experience in creator economy, video/streaming, or media tech
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator APIs or automation tools
  • Experience with complementary tools like Clearbit, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
